Promotion Council for the Low Carbon Cities held the first general meeting in FY2009, in which the holding of the international conference (Oct. 5th, 2009, at Yokohama) and the establishment of working groups, etc. were approved. 　Following the general meeting, the discussion meeting on action plan was held, in which action plans of Eco-Model cities, etc were explained.
