For the purpose of spreading the excellent cases of efforts by EMCs and send relevant infomation worldwide, PCLCC was established in December 2008. Members are a total of 204 organizations, as of November 9th, 2011, such as sinterested municipalities, prefectures, and governmental ministries or organizations.
